Prior to Luntz Global, Phillip worked as a director at Purple Strategies, where he managed fully-integrated brand and public affairs campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and nonprofits throughout the country. He has experience working with leading brands like Citi, BP, Intuit, and MillerCoors across a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, technology, education, healthcare, and consumer packaged goods.
Phillip has also worked on political campaigns for presidential, Senate, and gubernatorial candidates, including Barack Obama, Jeanne Shaheen, and Chris Christie. He has worked on Capitol Hill in the office of U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen. He has spoken at national conferences, board meetings, and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
He is a graduate of Harvard University with a degree in government, and resides in New York City.
